"Primary" represents the main rail running east/west across The County as well as the main spurs running north/south from the downtown rail yard. "Secondary" are feeders into the primaries. "Crossover" are short, track changers. "IAAP" has been assigned to all tracks with ingress/egress to the plant grounds as well as all those on the plant grounds. "Centerline" is a single feature which can be used as an alternative to represent the double main tracks running across The County at smaller scales.
